Reiki is the Japanese art of energetic hands on healing. Reiki healing is a technique performed by the Reiki practitioner that activates the healing process, reestablishing balance and harmony through the mind, body, and spirit.
Reiki enhances natural healing by boosting the immune system, releases unprocessed energy within the body, decreases anxiety, tension and muscle strain. Reiki aids in relieving grief, loneliness, and depression. It helps to promote healing from injuries, surgeries, and helps to diminish side effects from Chemo and Radiation. Overall, it helps to improve sleep, overall well-being, and reducing pain- emotionally and physically!
Clients can expect to feel lighter, more relaxed, have better clarity, more joy, enlightenment, and a sense of being grounded. This is the groundwork needed for living your best life, feeling your best, and manifesting your dream life. It is for everything and everyone!
Energy healing, like Reiki is just one beautiful modality for healing. Many “dis-eases” are derived from emotional, spiritual, and psychological energetic blockage. Since energy is everything, then all disease exists in the energetic field. Your body is contsantly communicating to you and you are keeper of your sacred vessel. We have a choice to take responsibility for our own healing by allowing our deeper selves to be witnessed. Distance Reiki has the same benefits whether that is in person or distant.
Transforming your energy exceeds time and space, which means that on a quantum level you can transform your energy without boundaries. It does not mayor where you live in the world, or what location, You can and will receive the same benefits of a reiki session from the comfort of your home.
My Process
Distance Reiki is remote and performed via Zoom. We will meet at the designated time, cameras will be turned off before we begin, to avoid any distractions. I will begin by guiding you into a mediative state, along with soft mediative music playing softly in the background. I use a crystal pendulum to do an energetic body scan by using a distance Reiki surrogate and place crystals n the 7 major chakra centers, which helps intuitively guide me through your healing. After the healing, I will close the healing and exit Zoom, this gives you the private space to continue within your mediative state or an opportunity to journal.
After we close our session I do a 3 card oracle spread, spirit guides me to to choose intuitively for any added guidance that your team of light would like you to know, at this time.
Within 24hrs of your sessions, a detailed report will be sent via email. with notes and impressions from your healing.

Pets are here to play a very important role in our life, to heal, guide, and love us unconditionally. Our pets behavior is a direct reflection of our own vibrational frequency, as they absorb and transmute our energy. Some behaviors like barking, jumping, separation anxiety, not getting along work other pets, housebreaking troubles, and more are mirror of areas of our life where we may be experiencing a similar vibrations.
